I am posting the pictures Albert took about a year ago. They are taken when we just came here for several months. We were on a school tour to tour the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Among all the places i went, Hawaii is the best place to see wonderful beaches and enjoy the nature that God created. In big cities like KL, NY, Tokyo....it is rare to see these kinds of God-made nature. Therefore, i really am grateful for the opportunity to see one of the most-wanted spot on earth. The reason why i post these pictures after all these times is because i had to had them scanned and i only started to love Hawaii after being here for a year!
This picture is taken about a year ago on a hike to the Diamond Head monument. Diamond Head was a volcano on Oahu, but then it is now a dead volcano. I went there with Albert. We were standing on the top of the mountain and looked down to see this wonderful view of Honolulu and Waikiki. With his professional camera and his photography skill, he was able to capture what we laid eyes on. It was a magnificent sight.
Another view of Honolulu from the top of Diamond Head
So this is the famous famous Hanauma Bay, which i really want to go now...for snorkling. It is such a beautiful place. I can't beleive i went there and not went down to the sea. Well...i was with the school tour, so i can't really leave the tour and go swimming by myself, right? Anyways, it is a wonderful place. Lots to see there. Especially under the water.
This is also taken a year ago. I saw this tram while we were at the blow hole. There were lots of tourists in Hawaii...so this kind of tram is a very convenient and fun way to take people sight-seeing. Too bad i am not here to travel...so i don't have a chance to go on a ride yet. But this picture is precious for me because it was the first time for me to see this kind of a transport. I promise myself i would ride it before i return to Malaysia.
