I love Sea World! I learned so much about the animals in the ocean when I was there. I learned that dolphins don't have a sense of smell, the tail of the stingray doesn't really have any function, other than as a tail, like dogs and cats, I also learned that killer whale are the largest predator in the ocean. Blue whale is the largest animal in the world but they are vegetarian. I also get to feed the dolphin!!! It's something I've always wanted to do. I couldn't do that at the Sea Life Park in Hawaii so I was so super excited when they let us feed them. We also watched the seal and walrus Christmas performance. They are so cute!!!! They did the ballet dance and the walrus did the sit up!! I also love love love the "Believe" show. It's about the killer whales, of course, and they are so smart and did such an amazing job keeping everyone Whoa-ing and clapping and crazy about them.
Anyways, I am so excited to share some pictures of us at Sea World. We took like a gazillion photos there but it is way time consuming to upload them here. You probably would ask me why I don't post my pictures over at Facebook. I guess...I don't like Facebook as much as my own blog. I want to save the best for my blog, and not Facebook.
Ohh...I forgot, I've got some videos of Shamu, the killer whale too. It's a MUST watch. Your jaw would drop and you won't regret it.
Here ya go!
It's best to go everywhere during the Christmas season. Everything is decorated so beautifully.
The entrance. We spent about 120 bucks for the tickets and parking fees there. Shamu...you are expensive!
The seals Christmas show!
The walrus was so huge and fat!!
This was in this little srea called "FantaSea" and it's like a walk in the ocean. Really cute.
At the Dolphin Cove. I bought 4 anchovies for 5 bucks and fed 2 dolphins. I was so scared that they would accidentally bite me when they come for the anchovies.
The Aquarium where we get to see the divers fish feeding and stingray feeding.
Santa Claus in the aquarium! How often does that happen?
Okay...I always wonder why they don't train sharks for shows.
There are many rides in Sea World too. I didn't want my precious camera to get wet so we didn't go on this ride. But I would love to try it next time.
Oooohhh...I want one of these.
Sesame Street!! We sat down and watched like 5 minutes of the show and decided we rather go and wait outside the Shamu stadium.
We were the one of the first ones there and we got the BEST seat! We sat right in the center and right behind the splash zone. I got really good view sitting there.
Ok..do you see Mr.L in the screen??? Haha..there were some singers there singing with the audience and Mr.L just moved his head into the camera screen and he was at the left corner of the screen.
Now that's amazing!
In short, Sea World rocks! Definitely a place to revisit.
