Story #263: Update to keep you coming back for more :)

I am so bad at keeping my blog up-to-date. At least not as good as I used to be. I think that Twitter and Facebook are to blame. I feel like I am abusing those two apps because I am on them almost constantly (school, home, and even when sitting in the car--iphone is to blame for that). But blogging is my root. I feel a strong connection to my blog. It is in here that I share a lot of my personal life and insight. This is why I am trying to keep the blog a little less public so only a handful of people that I feel safe pouring my heart out can hear my complains, or share my joy.

Some of my friends who are readers on my blog are not on Facebook. So I just want to let them know that I have been accepted to BYU to study TESOL for my master's program. The course starts in Fall, sometime in August I think. I am excited that I got accepted, not yet excited to move to a new place (even though I want to leave St.George ASAP. Dilemma, I know.)

Some update about my life:
• Over the Spring break, Mr.L and I went on our honeymoon to San Francisco. (I can't wait to blog about that but I need to sort through 1500 plus pictures and edit them and so on. It's a pain, but necessary. So I'll have to wait til I get all of my homework out of the way to do that.)

• I went to Vegas on the day I got back from San Francisco with my friend, Nikki, to her friend's wedding. Actually the wedding was the following day but we went there the night before to help out a little. I was sort of their photographer even though I have NO experience photographing weddings and events. I will blog about that after this post :)

•I worked on my assignments like crazy after the trip. I have 3 huge assignments that I should've done during the spring break (which is dumb. Who has the mood to do homework on a school break??). Burning midnight oil is not fun. I felt like a zombie after more than 12 hours of sitting in front of the computer and figuring out what went wrong in my codes. I guess that's why they pay computer people (programmers, designer, engineer...) big bucks, eh? Oh...I am also working on my own photography website. I am pretty excited to get it done!!

That's about it. I am going to eat some cereal now. It's 1 a.m. Breakfast time.
