Our missionary is home!

My youngest brother-in-law, Kendall, was coming home from serving his two-year mission for the LDS church in Sapporo, Japan. He flew into the new St.George airport on the 9th of August. We drove down so we could cheer and give him hugs when he came home.

We made posters the morning of and our whole family (driving at least 4 cars) went to the airport with excitement. We're all so proud of him!

Liam getting all the attention while we were waiting

Grandpa Allen and Grandpa Chris holding the posters we made. Guess who wrote all the Kanji and Hirakana? Me!

Yay...he's coming! See how excited my mother-in-law was? She was beaming with pride.

Mommy gets the first hug. Yay!

Happy, smiley people everywhere.

Hugging his oldest bro, my hubster, and Liam.
Liam meeting his uncle for the very first time and his finger is still in his mouth.

Kendall hugging Tyler, who by some miracle made it back to his wife and newborn baby in Boise, Idaho, the same night/early next morning. Thanks to a miracle and epidural that his wife was able to wait til he got there to have their baby. Wowza!

Yay! Finally a picture with me in it (I was the second person to hug him, by the way). And Liam never knows where to look.
We're so happy you're home, Kendall. Now go get ready for school, get a job, and go date girls.
